Well (LOL) I received my card over two weeks ago (watford) and did not activate it, today I lost signal to premium channels saying I should insert smart card, so switched the boxes over ran the new smart card on legit VM box, then swapped with Eurovox, did factory reset, did power scan, found all the channels and can view all the freeview ones but still saying insert smart card when I select one of the premium channels..

Time to breakup the Eurovox

Its not worth VM posting the item using a recorded delivery method, as it costs less to replace the card if it gets lost

75p isnt much(for recorded delivery), but it soon adds up
0.75*4000000=£3000000 extra

I think the figure is 4,000,000 customers or something

They certainly wouldn't be paying 75p for recorded delivery on that type of bulk mail. A contract for 4 Million items would bring the cost down to somewhere around 10p per item, especially if its pre-sorted (which it likely will be).
