I live in the Tayside area & yesterday the Virgin repair guy came to replace my old Pace 4000 box with a new Samsung 2110c.
We got talking & he said he did'nt know anything at all about Nagra3 coming out.Didnt even know what it was & he's been working doing faults for over 10 years.

At the end of the day,£3.00 per day, approx, aint that bad for all the channels they have,ie discovery,Nat Geo,sky sports ESPN etc.
when there's enough money in it for the hackers, then personally,i think thats when we'll see the issue of N3 hacking solved.

Theres *already* plenty of money in it for the hackers.

Nagra 3 has been in use in the satellite scene for the last 2-3 years in at least Spain, Portugal and most importantly Yankland.

Thats from when they were on the hacked nagra 2 - they only switched fairly recently, much to the annoyance of the freeloaders

He DID mention however, when I said about new cards being issued so they could change everyone over to something new, that they're away to issue everyone a different type of card in the Dundee area very soon-as near as a couple of weeks at the latest.
When I asked why I wasn't being issued a new kind, seeing as he was here repairing a fault,he then said-looky here what Ive gotta give you now-A brand new type card-Its got "The new smart smart card" on it.
I dont know if this means anything to you guys but just thought I'd mention it anyway. Looks like the END IS NIGH!
Another thing-Can I just ask you all outta curiosity? What are all you guys with chipped boxes & modems gonna do when its all on Nagra3? How many are gonna do the unmentionable thing & pay for it? How many people here can afford to pay £79 per month to have all the channels internet & phone that they probably have just now?
I know one thing tho,I love my sport & computer that much, that I WILL. If I had to, I would probably payupto £100 per month! AGAIN-IF I HAD TO....!!
err i'm on vip £85 min a month.......only use boxes as multi room got 2 subbed boxes, v+ and pace...dvb-c cards in pcs dream and dbox oh aye 2 sammys for the kids bedroom
