Hi

I have had my Kryptview box for just over a year, and never had any problems with it.

I was watching it last night with no problems, but then turned it on today and I have vetical blocked lines down the picture this is every channel, I done a factory reset, nothing changed these lines show even on this screen.

I have tried pressing the PAL / NTSC button but again to no avail. Anyone have any other suggstions, I dont want to buy a new box as I heard all the boxes in the Midlands will b down from feb
