Smile problems with"the box super usb

hi
recently on roughly 50% of the channels it keeps coming up with a blank black screen with just a blue bubble saying"no signal".to try and rectify it i tried an automatic scan, was still the same,so i tried doing a factory reset, now ive lost nearly all the channels bar 1 or 2,if anyone could help,i would really appreciate it

cheers

Check your signal levels and remove any splitters (if any) while you scan to ensure that it isn't your cable feed that is at fault.

I'm in the same boat here and in the Midlands

Channels have been going off lately and up until today most came back with a factory reset and rescan, but now channels like Living, some Music channels, some Sky Sports channels and more just show the info bar at the bottom and a black screen

This is a Box Super USB with 1.07 firmware btw

Any ideas anyone?

I have been looking around mate and saw the 1.12 post but had no idea it was for the The Box Super USB because everyone seems to name them different with FTA and Starview so i was unsure what to do

Could you please link me to the The Box Super USB 1.12 firmware please because all i see in the DL section is 1.05, 1.10 and a Beta one that has no version number

Thanks
