cant get Infinity USB Programmer to work

hi im a newbie to all this i have got a Infinity USB Programmer and i cant get it to read my fun cards using nagra 4.1i just get this messege

Opening of COM1 was successful
Reset failed
Error reseting card, ATR string invalid
Closing of COM1 was successful

was just wondering if any could pls help me or tell me what im doing wrong

yes the card as been unlooped i have even given the infinity programmer to a friend that as done a few boxes in the past and he says he cant get past that screen but he told me hes never used that programmer so he dont know if he was trying to use it right

dont no if it the same as my pheonix one but have u got two cables usb and serial m8

I think I am having the same problem.

I have unlooped card and using infinity USB card reader but just keep getting

I can only connect to the infinity card reader via USB there is no way of connected via serial.

Hi im having the same problem i have a serial and a usb with exactly the same output in nagraedit..
Tried different comm ports checked comm port to see if working properly but no joy even tried a different laptop ahhhhhhhh..

still only a noob to this
all i seem to do is search, now try ask questions
