Ex1100 usb pvr problem

PLEASE HELP

i got problem with pvr(recording) function if i want to watch diffrant channel while recording another eg. on bbc1 i press rec button and if i want to watch other chennels while recording bbc1 it doesnt give me all choice of all channel list it only give 6 to 7 channel, when i stop rec it give me all channel list please help
i'm using firmware 17th dec09.

Simple really mate, there is only one tuner in the box.

Meaning at best you can watch channels from one transponder, while recording another channel on that same transponder.
