other way round for me in b'ham,,, both kryptview's working
virgin box has only 5 channels

I'm having the same problem, cant get and ITV channels, no Channel4, SS2, and extra, and quite a few docu channels to say the least..
Cant do a re-scan or update any firmware due to having a faulty box as the remote control reciever doesnt work. Dont have any other box either, so cant plug another one in to try.. Any ideas anyone :-S

there has been a transponder change ie itv ch 4 were on 555.000,now on 450.000 so to get channels back on the krypt your best bet is to factory reset then scan the box again.however without a working remote you have a prob.check out fleabay,replacement remotes are on there or alternitavely try Lincsat nick nacs on here,he usually stocks them

its not the remote control thats the problem, its the box.. the reciever doesnt work

ah got yer,well if you cant communicate with the box because the IRR is knacked then you are probably stuck with the channels you've got

I had the same problem. So I did a complete rescan and got all the channels back. However, I did still have the channels that didn't work.

So now I've got 2 copies of every channel - one of which works and one which doesn't. I probably should have restored factory settings first, but hey-ho at least I've got all the channels. I'll just have to spend some time deleting the crap ones.

I am in Dublin and the box went down before x-mas is there a fix i can get to have it up and running again. All help welcome

just go in to settings and select enable Nagra 3 Encryption
