I'm in south tyneside & am getting the same issue! 1/11 tp's despite flashing the arnet. anyone have a link to the list of areas affected?

It looks like the channels have gone off for the arnet boxes. the eurovox max v seems ok for now

I've swapped to SKY TV anyway as of the weekend to beat the rush

That happened to me, i just kept doing a factory reset a few times and each time i seemed to get more and more channels back then i ended up with 24 itv's and 22 bbc's, but i just deleted the ones off i didnt want.

I live in Stafford and had the same problem. Friends who have Eurovox have deep scanned and found them all again, all i get when trying to do a scan is 'Failed'.. i don't understand

Im presuming you have the latest firmware on your box, and you have your iconnect connected to your modem, and you have checked your providers website, to make sure that there is no problem in your area ???

turn your box on to standby and leave on that for about 30 mins and all the channel will come back in again

There is no problem in my area mate.. as i said, my friends in my area use Eurovox and they're ok. I also don't use an i-connector.. thanks

just a litle update for anyone.. i flashed my A750 with some old firmware.. think it was thje 13/03/2009 one and tried to rescan with no luck. I setup and installed my Eurovox EX1000SL and this has worked fine and i'm back in business baby!!
