All of my channels are saying scrambled or no video.I have rescanned and it has found them but its still saying this again

Any help is appreciated

yea it says on virgin media website there is currently a fault in the sheffield area. there fixing the problem.

I live round the corner from my mother in law.I have managed to get my channels back but after numerous attempts to do her box it won't do a TP search and Tp is saying 1/11 and installing 10 different BBC1's and not much else.Is anyone else had the same problem before.All help appreciated.
Sorry i forgot to mention i'm in Sheffield
