XP Pro and running DVD Dream 1.4i

TwinHan DVB-C 2031 card installed and drivers installed (Twinhan drivers not BDA)

when I scan, it says no channels found

so then I changed drivers to the BDA ones, but now I get no signal

would appreciate some guidance here.

Do you mean DVB Dream?
