Hi - just after a little help please....just flashing a eurovox max v black with latest firmware and its "freezing" at the point after resetting the box (by taking the power cord out). The box is detected and rest ok - just comes up with "downloading is successful" and stops...nothing moves further? No percentages etc start being shown...??? WHats the issue?

I did have a problem with the box first not being found by the PC through the cable but I fixed that by using an old laptop. In the process I found I had to go in and change the machine to enable the last setting in the language menu with the old 1-9-6-8 thing...is this the issue??

Its been a while since i flashed my Max box but im sure after is says succesful thats it. upload a cdf file for your area and bobs ur uncle.

Once it has displayed the 'downloading is successful' message thats it, it has been flashed do a fast install and you should be up and running.

for a max v the latest firmware was 30/11/2008 or 05/12/2008
