That is a Phoenix programmer which will only program MOSCs mate.

TMC (tailor-madecircuits.com) sells LPT Funcard Programmers for £7 (+ £2 p & p I think).

got me card programmer mate off of that website you suggested but instead of a serial port connection it has something else?maybe DVI or something?
