What do you think the most needed features of business phones are?

I am producing a guide to the best business phones for my website.

At the moment I've got:

WLAN
Email
Fast internet
Decent keyboard
Large Screen
Email attachments
Good battery

Any other ideas?

i think email and fast internet still for me, for I used it everyday and if I travel i also still want to have access. hth

I think ideally I'm preferring the functions of the PDA and mobile phone to be indistinct, so that I make calls, send emails, surf the net, and watch small movie trailers - and compose documents as required.

That may be beyond the remit of your question, though.
