Default looking for some advice on first setup.

Hi there, im new to this satellite on pc business and was hoping someone here could point me in the right direction. I have got myself a Skystar HD 2 pci card for my pc which is installed. But im not sure which dish setup to go for, i have spoken to alot of local retailers and they say either a motorised dish or a standard 60cm dish with connections to astra 1 / 2 and hotbird. I am ok to go ahead with this, but what i wanted to also know that if using Progdvb and softcam / vplug is it possible to view any of the encrytped channels on this satellite or is this simply just not possible.

vplug is opening the via 2.6 channels on 13 and 19east mostly porn also open is digi tv at 1 west for sport ,movies etc but not for much longer and a few channels on sirius also some channels on other sats but i dont have a moterised dish so its too much hassle to find them.I would definetly go moterised a fixed dish is a pain as encryptions go up and down

you will want a bigger dish than 60cm if you are going motorised(which you should!) Unsure how progDVB works with a motor. DVBViewer (about£15) is ok if a little buggy(with the motor). There won't be much left soon here's hoping the hackers are busy....
