Smile Power scan on Super USB II

Hi
There was recently a Virgin Media fault in our area (S11 Sheffield) which has now been resolved. My Virgin box gets reception, however my Super USBII has gone blank.
I read in the Eurovox section of simply power scanning and the channels coming back as they have changed frequencies. Tried to power scan but still get the 'no new channels' message.
Is there anything else I could try? Thought about deleting all channel info first but was a bit wary incase it didn't work and wasn't recoverable.
Any info would be much apprecaited
Cheers

Try this 1st menu > 1570 on remote > turn keycode on > press ok on set default > exit 3 times > select a $ channel > leave to update.Failing that do the following
Menu > factory re-set > password 0000 > ok > installation > select provider > automatic scan > exit to a tv channel > menu > 1570 on remote > turn keycode on > press ok on set default > exit 3 times > select a $ channel > leave to update & all should be cushty
