help reprograming rom 11 card

hi all im new to all this a need help as its driving me nuts.ive got a chipped samsung box and card to match which need re programing.ive a usb phoenix proggramer and using nagraedit.when i read the card in nadgra i get this

then when i click on data editor on the right column everything comes up unknown and thats as far as i can go.does anyone know the problem.thanks

set the port to com1 and read the card again, card looks good but the efficiency should be at least 97%.

have just tried it and it says opening of com1 failed.

You must be right with com 4 as its successfull, when you say everything comes up unknown what have you got all zeros or what ?
That must be a mosc image B04 , if you have bk etc have you tried writing a fresh image ?

no mate have tried reading all the forum but cant find anything to explain how to do it,or where to get an image from

In other cable tv you will find image for your area, put it on your desktop and click on open file at top left of nagra edit 4.1 and load, edit in details, click on each tier and change rights and expiry dates to 399f, then write. http://www.techwatch.co.uk/forums/25...oad-links.html
