flash fxp fault

done everything to get everything on nokia d box 2

neutrino, laky pro

connected cable from ethernet on box and ethernet on laptop

connection to 192.168.0.100->ip 192.168.0.100 port 21
but it just comes up with connection failed (connection timed out)

delaying 120 second

any help appreciated

using xover cable? or got a router?

Are you using the correct username/password? They are normally:

user: root

pass: dbox2

i got a cat nikkai connect ! 5e crossover cable for networking from maplin and followed instructions with root and dbox

password = dbox2

try an ipaddress 1 above/below ur pc.

if u got a router try straight ethernet to router and use router ip addy as default gateway....never failed for me.
