Havnt seen any of the new 3D tv's yet, saw AVATAR in 3D at cinema recently, seriously good, £21.20 for two tickets and two big pairs of glasses is a bit expensive though, the glasses look clear not coloured like the channel 4 type they had for derren brown etc before christmas, didnt seem to draw on the eyes either, the coloured type i couldnt keep on for an hour.

i heard something about 3D H.D.T.V, my tv recently went down and ready for the skip, i was gonna make the move up to H.D.T.V but then heard about 3dtv are these tv's coming out any time this year and is the price range gonna be stupid or within reason.

i dont wanna splash out on a l.e.d tv just yet i'd rather save up a bit more and go 3d the reason is i wanna try and future proof as much as i can.

Probalby next to impossible these days !

After 40 odd years of the same TV system manufacturers have suddenly had the bright idea of stimulating the market by changing things much more often so that they can sell to you over and over again.

Digital TV, its not about quality, its about you having to buy a new TV, a new stb, etc.....

HDTV, ditto

3DTV, ditto,

SHDTV, ditto

ditto, ditto, ditto ........
