im having problems with my unlooper and programmer

last nite i managed to get it onto sidewinder and i had all ++++++++++++++++++++ but then it stopped did nothing when i open nagra edit and read card it says error reading atr thats with it plugged in my unlooper with 10v modem adaptor when i plug the modem adaptor into programmer no lights cam on its pheonix from tmc could some1 plz help.

sidewinder is only to get box key, winex is to unloop it

i have nagra serial code from enginers menu??

You can convert the Nagra Serial Code (minus the last 2 digits) to hex which will bring back your IRD. You need to use the TMC Phoenix programmer to read the card once it\'s unlocked and get the BK. Which box is the card from?
