hi i have bought a

starview

5 today set it up and put firmware in and scanned it goes up to 31 and then it puts me over to manual and it still wont work any ideas

Thats a strange one, have you got the correct firmware V2.03 and are you scanning on the correct provider oh by the way what area are you in?

thank you for your reply i have fixed it now the cable was put in the intener insted of cable input
