What box have you got and in what part of the country are you? It may help to get you an answer if we know that much.
I sorted a friends Starview box today, that needed the EMU switching on and she didn't know to do this. If it's a Eurovox, make sure you first of all do a total factory default reset (in the EX5000PVR its under menu/config/ clear data) clear everything out, then set the correct symbol rate for your area and do a full scan. This should find the transponders, then it should automatically sort the channels in the transponders. All you need to do then is put them back into favourites order, either manually or via a .cdf from this site. Hope that helps.

Ive got all channels back again here.But only seems to last a day.Been clearing data and doing full scan several times a day for a few weeks now. Ive gave up managing my channels as no point.
