hi both my boxs have blank screens even on the free view channels bbc1,2,itv ... ect , but my virmin box is still working ? has any one any ideas im still getting the epg for the channels just no picture have updated channels but nothings changed?
i have eurovox max v 2008 and starview the box
i also live in the bradford area

its OK Ive sorted it it seams a power scan was in order,
i think they've renamed or moved the Channels or some thing , now i got the tedious job of of manually sorting files out as the cdf doesn't seam to work just gives me back the blank channels

same here in barnsley, but did a powerscan and only found 14 tp's, had 41 before. now trying a deep scan. will update when complete.

done a deep scan and only found 25 tp's and lost loads of channels.
last time this happened i had to take my eurovox to my brothers house about a mile away and rescan it there. but hes away this week.
will keep you updated.

20/01/2010 All the channels in the Bradford (BD) area have shifted frequency last night, a factory default and a powerscan should bring the channels back in

ive done the above and all the channels have come back. i also have two channels named PPV Events, PPV Events2. My main problem is that i dont have Sky action, family comedy, basically the movie package. any ideas. im from bradford.

Have a look to see if they are numbered and not named ie tv1234.

Hope your area is not started to change to Nag3.

hey there
my euro vox is out of action --all the channells are gone , i tried to do a powerscan but it wont work and above all now the information on the tv screen asks for "PLEASE INSERT SMART CARD", i have a v!rgin mcable and it never asked for this info b4, any body out there do u have a solution pls let me know.

mines all fixed now, first i did the deep scan, that made all the channels come back except for the movie ones. and now i did fast scan and all the movie package came back. anyone know what PPV Events and PPV Events 2 are. are they the channels where boxing and wrestling comes on. normally it would have been tvch1, tvch5 for me. i gues these are the ones now. am i right?

done a powerscan (had to do it twice) at my brothers and found 36 tp's
now got all channels back, but had to sort them all manually
