Yes, it is. Seeing as you can do everything that a non-jailbroken phone can do PLUS so much more. Just make sure to READ up carefully first on the subject. Here is a great tutorial. click on your model on the graph etc http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=2311
