Don't Panic !!

This sounds more like a normal common or garden Vir*in problem than Nagra3.

If they were rolling out Nagra3 in YOUR area you would all have had NEW cards for at least 3 weeks by now.

If none of you have had new Nagra 3 cards then it will NOT be Nagra3 that is causing your problem.

Bottom line is this:
TO RUN NAGRA3 YOU NEED A NEW CARD FROM VIR*IN. IF YOU HAVEN'T BEEN SENT A NEW CARD BY THEM THEN IT ISN'T NAGRA 3 CAUSING THE PROBLEM, SO DON'T PANIC

Plenty more life in these boxes yet methinks.

most of u wont know if your area has been ishued with cards cos most of u are not vm customers, mybe u r paying for broadband but most of u are not paying for tv. so u wont have got new cards.

only tv paying customers will get cards.

do factory rest and rescan should fix your box

If I do a factory default reset, then a full power scan, will that remove the latest firmware I installed or will that still be in there?

Cheers.
