Default d-boxes going down!

Hi to all
I have heard today that all flashed boxes will be zapped in March
As anyone else heard anything ?
I was told all boxes will be shut down by the end of march, and will not be able to be re flashed, as the ntl/virgin , will be using the same software as sky tv from the begining of April
Is it time to get rid of these boxes, or have i heard wrong
It would be noce if anyone else can comment on this , if you have heard anything
Ive had 2 boxes for the last 4 years and only been down 3 times, so ive had my moneys worth, but another 4 year would be nice :-)
cheers
Mark.

i might have spoken too soon
I lost channel 3 and 4 today
so i did a scan, and it wiped all my chanells off
It took everything out off bouqets
i am now doing a slow scan, as it would not let me do a fast scan
I'll see what happens
cheers
Mark.
