hello any help i have read a few posts on getting my channels back and wrote down what i thins is the wright one it was 155.000mhz and 6.8887 mbaud did a factory reset now i only have 7 channels what have i done wrong please help thanks

You can always try scanning on 6952 to see if it makes any difference, and plug the incoming cable directly into your box with nothing else connected ...it would also help if we knew which area you live in ...
