Firstly apologises for starting another thread however think its different to other similar thread,s turned on our TV/Eurovox tonight, only had handfull of channels

however we also had no favourites (names) and only a handful of channels within favourites

also couldn't get any data up on the menu screen, so suppose I couldn't do any powerscan/factory reset etc.

any how I just thought I'd unplug the box from the mains for approximatelyy 20 seconds, re-pluggedd, switched it back on and hey-presto all channels back, Phew

did you get sky premiere back had same prob but carnt find it

factory reset the box, then rescan, frequency changes so you will not pick them up unless you factory reset first.

after switching it off at the mains, most if not all (incl Sky Premiere) came back on

however I did a autosacn (red button) to be on the safe side, after this all me channels where back working fine
