Default sa8300 woes

I did a V+ HD box years ago and recently it went pop, so i managed to get hold of another paired unhit box (i know this cause it was disconnected from the stream before cancelling subscriptions before a house move) but ive been out of the loop for a good few years so im stuck as to why this thing isnt working.

I got all the information from the card, the NETID is correct for this area:
IRD: 3E ** ** **
BK: 1D 18 ** ** ** ** ** **
CAM: 27 ** ** **

I unlooped the MOSC, overwrote it with the above information using ROM 12 EXCW - BLOCKER.bin.bn11 as was given by my mate who said this is the one to use for this area.

Put all the above details in with IRD backwards and forwards, put the correct keys in and flashed it back to the MOSC using Nagra Edit but no matter what i do i cant get any premium channels on.

All the FTA channels work and the premium channels show up white not dark grey in the tv guide but when i put a premium channel on it just sits at black screen for hours on end.

Can anyone advise me please, as my mate says the image he give me he used on his own box.

1. Incorrect IRD : "Smart card not registered to this box"

2. Correct IRD, Incorrect BoxKey: Black screen.

3. Correct IRD, Correct BoxKey, Incorrect Public Keys...

did you put your IRD bachwards? if not that is the problem, also check your BK if the channels are in white in TV guide that means you got a couple of digits mixed up or wrong, double check m8.
