sb5100 help

hi im still tryin to fix this sb5100!

iv try's the black cat soft ware and well it brick't it!
but i can brig it back to life with the black cat program and the 2mb dump!

but every time i try agen it brick's i was told it's a bad biso file im tryin to flash in it but dont know to be honest newe to this!

any way some one else said get tom's jtag Utility witch iv found and i can detect the flash but when i use the command's to try and wrigth the new flash it wont let me select the file i wont to use :S

any one out there who can help

hello m8 er'm iv got some 2mb dump's blakey sent me (what a star) and i can get it to come back to life with it as well power's up an the light'd flash like normal an i can evern get it to the config paeg on 192.168.100.1!

but when i then try to update the bios then the firmware and the bootloader it all say's prosssece compliet but when i reboot the modem it's like it's brick't agen then i have to go and put the 2mb dump back on and try it agen!

see im thinking it's a bad flash or some think!

i was told to use Jtag Utility witch i found install'd and well it all work's aprt from i can't flash the modem with it when i put the command in idram it say's bad command ect ect! so im confused now iv been on this for three week's :@

sorry every one for the time wastin lol i was puttin in the wrong command it's ldram an i was puttin in idram :$ sorry every one

ok m8 ive sent you the files along with some instructions , let me know how you get on.

also the command on toms jtag is not idram it is ldram < (L). i made that mistake aswell and was pulling my hair out lol.

just type detect into the box and once its found ur flash chip type sb5100 and enter and follow the onscreen instructions, it will ask for the bootloader 1st and then the firmware.

or you can just use one of the 2mb dumps i sent instead.

dude nice one glad to know im not the only one that's had this problem lol i wouldn't mind but iv not been to sleep and iv been on this all night lol 14 hour's typing in the wrong command :@ i dont know how it's not ended up up the wall yet!

HI Hope someone can help ...jtag reads the BCM3348 when i open schwarze kats, but when i go to the second tab Flash and click detect, no flash is detected, and when I click on the last tab sb5100, and hit program, error device not connected can anyone help ...or is my modem dead
