hi hope some 1 can help me lost channel 4 did rescan and picked it back up but now lost uk gold sky movies premier albi does anyone know the frequency for s****horpe tried deep scan thanks for your help

factory reset the box, then rescan, frequency changes so you will not pick them up unless you factory reset first.
