Starview hd combo+ HDD
Hi, i have bought this box and am wondering which HDDs it takes (i.e, brand, size). And also if it can be a portable one or has to be a mains powered one.
Anyone that has one fitted and working please comment. Thanks.__________________

According to the manual:
Both should be formatted to:Quote:External USB hard disk drive
or
Flash memory stick
It doesn't state whether they have to be USB powered or mains powered.Quote:FAT16/32(System does not support NTFS or other file system)
It doesn't appear to work with the Emprex ME1 media player(which is formatted in FAT 32)
A Samsung hard drive(160GB),in an ATMT hard drive enclosure(mains powered),works with the Starview Combo+.
