Default need a bit of help

hi i live in leicester and have lost a few chanels itv ch4 and some others i reset to factory setting and let it scan from 100-870 when it finished it didnt display any chanels and when i press auto scan it say no transponder found

if this has already been answerd could some one please link me as i cant find it

Is the incoming cable in the right socket and tight ? are you scanning at the correct symbol rate ? plug the box directly into the incoming cable with nothing in between ...see also this thread Factory Reset Eurovox Max V

Make sure you check all the cables and try rescanning

cheers i tried both symbolrates when i delete the data it asks wich one then scans after but i thought normaly as it scanes from 100-900 that chanels came up in the box marked tp i get nothing
