I guess acer somehow got the permission to use Ferrari's name. But no, I don't know anyone who purchased it.

never heard of them, so are they actually connected to ferrari the car maker? how does that work?

They arent connected at all to Ferrari though i imagine they needed permission to use the name.

I believe these are the top end Acer models, they certainly are expensive.
Well worth it too, if you check out the specs they are definitely very powerful,nice looking laptops too

Looking at the acer stie, it looks like the only model they have right now is the 4000. It also says they do have a partnership with Scuderia Ferrari to make these laptops.
