providing you have the latest firmware on your box try this

Menu/Language Settings/OK/ key in 1968 this will bring up the emulation screen, make sure emmulation and emm capture are enabled, enter 1968 again and on the screen that opens select your cable provider and press the remotes yellow button to set default key, exit out and put onto S*y Sp***s 1 and hopefully it will unscramble channels.
