Unhappy peaa euro maxV please help

I have a euro maxV 2008
To start the box would crackle and freeze on bio to name 1, then last week I lost itv, channel 4 and so on like a lot of others so I did a fast scan and lost every channel (no signal) so I did a deep scan and now the box will not work at all just got peaa on the front I have been looking on here for most of the day on nd off but not found the right answer plus not shore which would be the right firmware I’m prity shore it’s not a clone
Thanks Hayley

dont do fast scan, do power scan with yellow button, remember to manually input ur sym rate if necessary, start off at 230 Hz, should see TP's kick in around 235
good luck, but enjoy whilst u can

did factory reset and powerscan Andy , its coming up with all the channels , but saying " please wait code being updated" on all the scrambled channels , all the free ones are fine , and the radio stations are also working fine.
