hi, had my EX1000 2 weeks now and i did have all the channels and the ones that i am missing but the other day the ones in question came up as scrambled and on doing a scan to try get them back they have now gone completely.

I have done a factory reset and deep scan but they still will not show up i am using the rite SR can anyone suggest something i may not have done.

I'm on VM and living in the Nottinghamshire area.

try turning on the booster on the box then scan

I tried that but still didn't solve it, if you mean the one in con-fig >TV settings

put it on the sky chanel and press info twice and tell me the signal strength

well when i first did a scan no but i did another scan and i must of done something different because i found them all

oh i see, no its gone now on doing another scan i couldn't pick it back up.
