I realise I may need individual boxes for each TV which isn't a problem. My question is, what cable, and what LNB should I use? also I have been thinking of trying to install satellite so I can watch all premiership football games just like my local pub, I have asked the landlord but he declined to answer, he was fined £5000 a couple of years ago for using sky commercially from his home connection which may have something to do with it. I dont want to spend a mint or have large monthly costs but if its possible I want to explore doing it either through the satellite or a PC connection if that's the way to do it.
I intend to do it all myself where possible, I know this may be a tall order but any advice would be gratefully received, especially if you can supply me with the price of all the bits required.
Yours in anticipation Eric
As your looking for supply only you would be better off speaking to Ian at Southern Satellite.

Hi Rick,
I am based in Ellesmere Port, I have just cancelled my sky subscription and would be really interested in what options are available to me.

I mainly want live football and F1 (in English if possible), happy to have a motorised dish etc.

Can you please drop me a pm on my options, and your costs to install these?

Thanks

Mike

Been trying to setup my satellite system for a week or so, thought I’d got it sorted but it’s gone off again. Here is my dish setup
1 x Technomate TM-1 Super High Gain 0.1dB Single LNB
1 x Supreme Intelligent DarkMotor DiSEqC Motor LED Full Metal Gears
1 x Triax TD110 1.1m / 110cm Pole mount Satellite Dish

I’m using my old wall mount, which was ok with my old Dreambox.
Wondering what is your charge for setting this up. i realise that it would be an estimated price. The access is off a roof to the dish site.
