Hi and welcome to TechWatch.
The best satellites for French Channels are 19e and 5w, which should both be possible with a 60cm, but without knowing where abouts you are, cant say for sure. There is a fair bit of FTA French progamming on those sats, if you are wanting any encrypted channels you would need a subscription. ![]() BTW i've moved your thread into a more appropriate section, please try and post in the right sections

There are a few FTA, Free to Air, French channels on Hotbird, 13E, you just need to scan them in, for the official French packages you need a valid subscription card:
Check lyngsat and kingofsat French channels on Hotbird Code:

You can also buy a 12 month card for the ABSat package on Hotbird, it is approx £99. The card is viaccess, and to get the French terrestrial channels a French address must be supplied when ordering.
The card may or may not work in your receiver, if not you'd need a different receiver that could take it, or the correct CAM and receiver that has a CAM slot. Have a word with Ian at southernsatellite for more deatails. I have seen this package working fine.
