If I performed a factory reboot, to take it back to the default settings (ie to fix a problem) would I lose all the stored data on the HDD (movies/series' etc)?
My red button for ITV HD has a problem. When I select it when instructed to, it just gives me a black screen and no sound. Press the blue button and it goes back to SD. It's only just started doing this but I've heard that doing a factory reset solves the issue. Cheers.
