hi just recently moved to glasgow and got virmin transferred to new house now my ex wont pick up anything can you help me guys

Hi and welcome to TechWatch

you need to do a factory default reset and rescan with the correct symbolrate which will be either 6887 or 6952 (yours is probably 6887)
