I just think with their current staffing levels it will be a nightmare for them to rush it out too fast. They dont have the staff to pick up the extra service and install work this upgrade will generate, they had to get staff to volunteer from other areas to help with the leeds transition now they want them to go to bromley or manchester which may give us a clue which area is next. If they have any sense at all they will want to pick up as much of the potential customers whose dodgy boxes have gone off as possible. They dont want to be telling them they'll have to wait 4 to 6 weeks before they can accomodate them as they'll just go to sky.

Vm in the notts erea have recentley recruited 50 full time, part time and tempory staff in there call centre,my neice been one of them,..in her welcome meeting they explained, they will need to learn quick as the network is going through a major reconstruction, and over the comming months, and expect call volume to raise 4 fold, and expect it to peak april/may
Obviously there was no mention of pirated boxes,...n3,.etc,etc(no need for them to no that).
