need help, i have just bought eurovox 1100 usb. I plugged it in, but the only thing on the remote that works is the power button. I cannot seem to get the menu button to work, in fact i cannot get any other button to work except the power button.

I'm i doing something wrong or is there something wrong with the box

Could be a faulty box.
Have you tried unplugging from the mains, leave for 1 minute, then try again you never know.
