think this is the right section for posting. hi i have an fta101 my problem is i have all thesoftware

& i have excess to keymate site.
so here is my problem im in an ntl area. the box only finds channels in telewest search . when i go to view all the channels are coloured yellow. ones in white ok. i have an rs232 null modem cable when i try to download the software to the box it fails all the time. any help would mean alot to me .

My sister has the same problem, I was going to try and install the software again because none of the codes are working, if you have a chance, could you tell me where to get the new software and codes, and if I can resolve the matter I will share the information.

I would check that your com port is working that happened to me and wouldnt flash the box i had to flsh from another pc
