Default modem help

latest haxware been installed and tried a mac address .now my modem power lights up then enet lights up then all rest light up then all go off and does the same thing again . i cant even access 192.168.100.1 any help will be grateful thanks

close all browsers, take the coax out, reboot, go to 192.168.100.1 then to baseline privacy page enable bpi docsis 1.0, save, reboot, put coax in and wait 5 mins

and if your in a vermin area as above but select BPI+ 1.1 in baseline privacy page

change nic to 192.168.100.10

sorry still not accessing 192.168.100.10 or 192.168.100.1 help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

try 192.168.100.2

Click on start menu, run and type in cmd, in the black dos box type in ipconfig/all, get the ip from there or copy paste onto here n we'l see if the ips available

Hi dont want to be funny, but you have taken the provider cable out of the modem and left just the power and ethernet cable in? cos the modem rebooting continuously is a sign cable is still in and you have powered the modem off and on after removing cable ?
