downloaded the latest software on to the box, but the power scans do not find any channels. My problem is I do not know what the frequencies should be. Also in my TP list i have some default setting, should they be there or should i delete them.

I am with Virgin and live in NW london

you will have to fine out what symbol rate you are 6887 or 6952 and when doing a deep scan put yes when it says search cable
