hi i have just got my eurovox 1100 usb, this morning, the trouble is , the company i bought it from have sent me files , to upgrade,and i have put them on a usb stick, but when i put my usb stick in the side of the eurovox, the eurovox is reconising the usb ,but when i go to upgrade by usb , it is saying no files there , so i cant upgrade

i hope someone can help, its driving me crazy thanks john

Have you checked the files on the USB through your PC and made sure they are not zipped???

Thats happened to me before now, quite simple but if the file is still zipped the box wont recognise it!

Just make sure the upgrade file is on the root of the usb drive.
