Default No Signal

Hi, Some of my channels have no signal on (Channel 4, ITV 1). I have done a powerscan (saving my CDF beforehand) and have reloaded the CDF but the channels are still the same - No signal.....Notts area

Any help much appreciated - Thanks

Reloading the same .cdf file will just reload the empty frequencies back onto your box. Do a system factory default, then a full power scan on the correct symbol rate (6.687 in Notts).

This will update your channels so you have them all back, but you will need to resort your favourites. It doesn't take long when you get into it. Hope that helps.

Hi
I have a similar problem. I have Eurovox Max V. All channels work apart from channels on frequency 571. All channels on 571 say No Signal. Have done Power Scan, Deep Scan but no difference. Am in Essex area. Your help is appreciated

factory reset the box before you scan or you will not pick up the new frequecies.

Thanks for that. I have done that and this is the position now. When I connect the box to the point where the cable come into the building, all the channels are fine. When I connect the box to the point where I want the box to be i.e. about 20 to 25 ft. the channels on frequency 571 disappear. They show "No Signal". I have checked the cable run and cannot find any problems with it. If the cable was defective, surely it would affect all the channels and not only the ones on Frequency 571. The signal strength on these channels show 80% and steady, so it is not weak signal. You think I should try a signal amp to see if it would solve this issue. 3 months ago all the channels were fine. I was away for 3 months and when I came back, this problem appeared.

Thanks
