What is the difference between these 2 images? DM500c

there is no dw3 on there site so think you have things mixed up

I think he means in the private fta section i just tried it and its actually a version 0.3 neutrino beta i cant get sky one on mine at the moment but ill let you know if i do manage it. i think the 2.1 release is better if you have it working right im thinking of going back to it

I was going to try the ver3, Version 2.1 was fine until the latest frequencies change now it's not picking up a load of channels, maybe I just have a weak signal?DBOX2 picks everything up on the same feed

just use your dbox services and bouqet they work in dw 2.1

I tried that but didn't make any difference, unless I was doing something wrong, overwrote the services and bouqet files on my dm500c with ones from dbox?

sounds like weak tuner or signal if they are still missing.

have you tried rescanning for channels
menu-setup-service searching-automatic transponder scan- bruteforce(or your cable area 6952 or 6887)

I've not looked in fta but there is 2 DW2.1 images ,
an enigma and a neutrino,
the neutrino one will only take 2-3 min for a full scan
and sort your bouquets out automatically
