hi ive got early version of convertxtodvd it converts ok then when it tries to burn and insert disc everything freezes even computer any ideas? tried loads of different convertxto dvd

can you burn a dvd with any other program without it freezing

yes burns ok with nero ok

mine,s did that and even upgrading did not solve problem
have to uninstall completely including clean up with reg cleaner before re-install worked

sure its not your drive, im using convertx 3 and its great but if i use cheap media it fails more times than it burns

Don't burn with convertx if your having problems. Use convertx to create the DVD image and try Nero.
