Hi, just received my eurovox and thought is was just a case of plugging the coaxial cable that comes from the ntl cable box on the wall but it doesn't fit into the eurovox, is there an adapter I need or something?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

if you are not on any packages then you could have your line disconnected.

OK, I just moved into the house and the cable was already there. I recently got virgin internet in so does that mean I have an active line for TV or is that different?

yea thats fine mate, you might need to split the connection so you can put the cable to your eurovox. or do you already have a cable free.

No there was no cable media box, just the ntl box on the wall with the cable wire coming from it mate. There's another cable running upstairs to my bedroom which isn't coming form that box that I have the internet connected to so I take it I should be good to go without a splitter?
